Beach Resort is a brand new beautiful Tuscan styled condominium community in Destin, Florida. This five story building was completed in 2006, with 2 elevators to serve 44 units. The pool is handicap accessible with a 44,000 square feet zero entry pool and there are cabanas for filtered shade at the pool.

There are partial gulf views from the balcony.

We offer Beach Resort 503 which is pet friendly. Beach Resort shares the beach with Beach Retreat has 300 feet of private beach. Visit between March 1 and October 31st and enjoy complimentary beach umbrella and chair service.

There is a volleyball set up at the beach for owners and guest to enjoy. The beach service also rents Kayaks and Boogie Boards. If you need additional chairs and umbrellas that can also be arranged with the beach service as needed.

Facilities for showering off the sand when returning from the beach are conveniently located at Beach Resort.

The large heated pool is centrally located in the complex. The beautiful facility includes a hot tub, fountains, and lush landscaping. Chaise lounges, cabanas, tables and chairs are provided for your comfort. Restrooms are located at the pool for use by vacationers and their guests as well.

The picnic and charcoal grill area is located near the pool. Families love having the option of grilling their own tasty meals or going to the numerous great restaurants nearby.

There are three major grocery stores and two great shopping malls (Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall) within two miles of Beach Retreat. Big Kahuna Water Park is located close to Beach Resort as well.
