This property offers a breathtaking 15th floor view of the gulf from the balcony, master bedroom and living room/kitchen and Choctawhatchee Bay from the entry side of the condo. The master bedroom has a king bed and the hall has twin beds

Wireless high speed internet is included and the condo has flat screen TV’s throughout.  In addition, for renters with Spanish as their first language, the cable in this unit includes all the Spanish channels.

Ariel Dunes provides guests with multiple pools, hot tubs, onsite restaurant and bar as well as convenient access to seaside dining and live entertainment at the Whales Tail Beach Bar & Grill.

Ariel Dunes is located in the Scenic Gulf Drive area where you can enjoy miles of walking and bike paths with a view of the gulf. Walk to local restaurants. Bring your bike, roller skates, running or walking shoes and enjoy a unique asset of the area.
