Very clean and beautiful condo directly across the street from the beach. Everything was as pictured and advertised except the pool was not heated as promised. It is December so that was very much needed. Needless to say the kids were bummed. When I contacted the host she said she wasn’t aware and would send someone to check it out. She was extremely nice by the way. But I was never contacted again to tell me any updates and pool was still cold when we checked out this morning. Other than that it would be the perfect family getaway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a nice trip here at Crystal View 102. The weather was nice for december but the condo was so comfortable and inviting we enjoyed lounging around and taking it easy. Kitchen is well stocked, beds very comfortable, decor was on point. I loved the artwork and the patio was just so nice with big comfortable chairs and a great view. thanks for allowing our yorkie Teensy, She loved it too.

Owners have thought of so many little things that set the condo apart from the rest. We adore beach condos in Destin the company that manages this one. Soooo nice. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo! The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous. The pool was nice to have there, and the walk to the beach was easy. We like that we could bring our dog there also. The balcony was huge and had a nice breeze from the ocean. We all had a great time!

This condo was perfect for our family of 11! Access to the beach was right across the street with beach service included. It had all the amenities needed for cooking, bathing and living it up on the beach. Bring your own beach towel, spices and toilet paper etc! The location was great, right across the street is the private beach directly adjacent to the public one. The public beach had a lot of rules including the size of sand structures you could build, more so than other beaches in the area. The condo was well furnished (including Keurig and Crockpot) and a great size for two families with kids to share. The pool was heated. We had some minor issues with the washing machine and dirty floors but the host was responsive. (VRBO Review)

This was a great place to stay, and the location is awesome. The decor is beautiful and relaxing. You basically have everything you would need at the beach including 2 chairs and umbrella set up included with the unit. We brought our dog, and it was great, because many others had dogs and were very understanding if she whined a little when we initially left. I would stay here again for sure!!! (VRBO Review)

I cannot say enough good things about this property! My family all stayed here the week before the 4th of July. We had all ages and the condo accommodated every single person (and dog) on the trip! The condo was so spacious and beautifully done! The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of seating, balcony was spacious and the private beach was PERFECT! The owners were ALWAYS quick to respond and were excellent to work with! We for sure will be back to this condo! If you are thinking about choosing this one, DO IT!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Our condo was beautiful and plenty of room to gather and privacy also. View was ok; being on the ground level permitted some view of the beach. The chair & umbrella set ups on the beach were so nice have, less to lug to the beach. Oh and the beach was clean and beautiful. Location was good and an easy area to get around even when traffic was busy. We will visit again I’m sure!

The owners of 102 were kind and very easy to work with. They were quick to answer any questions we had. We had a group of six adults for a week. Upon arriving the unit was even better then the pictures. The floor plan of this unit is so perfect for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with just enough separation. The common areas are very generous in size and have plenty of room for six adults. We cooked a few meals in and had everything we needed to do so. The owners explain this in the paperwork but be sure to bring your own paper products (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, paper plates, kitchen garbage bags, etc) and also shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. We had to make a few trips back to the grocery store. We had a fantastic stay and made lifetime memories! Thanks for sharing! Diana

The condo was gorgeous and comfortable. We felt right at home relaxing in the gorgeous rooms and eating in the very nicely appointed kitchen. The beds were incredibly comfortable and all of the linens and furniture were top quality. The location is perfect-accessible to the beach, shopping and great food. The condo complex is clean with a nice pool that’s perfect for families or an individual looking to catch some sun. We look forward to coming back as soon as possible!

This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is perfect for a family or group vacation. All bedrooms have king beds. Additionally the master bedroom has a day bed and trundle bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Large living and dining areas and nice kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit. Although this condo is “across the street from the beach” it was a very short walk to the steps leading to the beach. The complex had 16 units so the beach was not crowded. You do have water views but as this is a first floor unit you don’t see the waves breaking. Very nice outdoor patio. Pool is at the rear of the complex. Our family had a terrific time and would definitely return.

This was our third year staying at Crystal View & every Condo that we stayed in was beautiful with awesome views of the beach & convenient to everything in Destin. Laura & Renee are very easy to get a hold of if you need something & we just love booking with them. Can't wait to go back.

Great location! We loved being on the ground floor. Convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Management was a pleasure to deal with. The floor plan of this place is open and spacious. Our group of 10 still had more than enough room. The condo was clean and tidy. Everything was extremely nice, and exactly as described. Will definitely stay here again.
