Maravilla unit rental 2406 is a pet friendly upscale gulf front property with a terrific view. Situated on the right hand side of building two it has a unobstructed 4th floor view. Maravilla is situated about midway along Scenic Gulf drive between Pompano Joes and the Crab Trap. While you do have to cross the street from the condo to the beach, the distance is about 30 yards which is less than most beach side properties, cross walks, low speed limit, high visibility make crossing from the condo to the beach easier than first time guest would think.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

- Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked ‘Top 200 Places to Play in North America,’ by Golf Digest.
Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Vacation accomplished Maravilla 2406
Maravilla resort provided lovely location and good local recommendations. Pictures are accurate. Spring break with two adults and two teen girls. Our condo was beachfront with great outdoor furniture. Views were fantastic. Loved that there were only 4 floors, no long waits for elevators. Living room nice decor and comfy furniture. Laundry room a plus and was needed. Master bedroom was sizable and functional. Master bath was simple tub/shower combo. 2nd bedroom small, maybe 10x10. Bed pushed against one wall to allow space for a dresser and nightstand on other side. No closet, but a hanging rack on wall along with TV. I feel this room best suited for younger kids. 2nd bath was updated with large tiled shower enclosure very nice luxury. Management company was responsive to questions, helpful and follow up to us when DirectTV person had to come out to fix. In the end, I would recommend this place and would return.
