My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Having the beach view was amazing and my little ones can now check off being able to see dolphins from our balcony view off the bucket list. Not having a ramp for our personal cart was a little painful having to carry it up and down deck stairs into the beach though. - (Jun 2026 - VRBO)

Leeward key was an awesome place to stay and view was stunning from 8th floor. Access to beach was great right across street and location to restaurants ect was really good yet it was pretty quite and relaxing. We had an amazing stay in Miramar Beach! The property was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in a fantastic location. It was just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
The hosts were responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt from the moment we arrived.
The views were absolutely beautiful, and we loved spending time by the clean, well-maintained pool. The beach itself was pristine and well cared for, making every day feel like a true getaway. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella service was an added bonus and made our beach days even more relaxing and enjoyable.

When we arrived the place was clean and exactly what the photos showed. I was worried about the refrigerator due to them saying it may take time to cool. But we had no issues and worked great for us. We just got back from an incredible stay at Leeward Key 805 in Miramar Beach, and this condo was the perfect fit for our family getaway. We actually rented two units in the building-805 and another a few floors down-which made it so easy for our extended family to vacation together while still having space and privacy.Leeward Key 805 is on the 8th floor and has amazing, views from both the living room bedroom and the private balcony. The condo is great! Nice view of the ocean from 8th flor balcony. We saw dolphins in surf early mornings having our coffee. Kitchen is nice and well stocked with kitchen supplies.
