You asked why our properties didn’t quite match our online presence so…. As a business, our focus in 2022 was to consolidate the online brand and booking experience to make things easier for YOU, our “customer experience architects.”

1. We started modernizing our brand image with a logo redesign and updated brand story.
2. We then designed and launched a new website with a better user experience.
3. We integrated our online booking systems to streamline with VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, Airbnb, and more.
4. We know you love beautiful photos, and so do we! So, we hired a photographer who knows what it means to be a guest looking for the perfect vacation spot and a property investor looking to keep their investment going strong.

We also noticed a trend: Many of you are enjoying the freedom of “working from anywhere” and choosing to book extended stays with us along the beach. WE LOVE HAVING YOU!

1. We ensured each property had a desk area to work and organize your virtual office.
2. We have been diligently working with the HOAs to upgrade Internet installations to accommodate virtual workers better.

Leeward Key 603: This one was a fun project, much like unit 1005 we did a major overall this April on this unit.  We will now have Leeward Key 603, 604, 605, and 601 for families who want to stay together on the same floor.

Beach Resort 215

Beach Resort boasts one of the best pools on the emerald coast; the two pools never feel crowded and allow guests to space out and enjoy. The top pool is heated during early spring. This small condo is perfect for a couple or a
small family looking to enjoy their stay at the beach without spending a lot. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and attached bath; the bunk room has bunk beds featuring recessed TVs at the foot of each bed and a separate bath.

Crystal View in Miramar Beach has been a well-kept secret until recently. Crystal View is a small complex consisting of 16 units. As far as Destin rental condos go, the units at Crystal View are large. Each unit at Crystal View has 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Crystal View is located near Pompano Joes for convenient afternoon snacks. The condo comes with beach service of two chairs and an umbrella in season on a surprisingly quiet stretch of beach. Crystal View 304 has beautiful gulf views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom, along with a large wrap-around balcony. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, making it the perfect fit for large families looking to visit the Destin area. One of the bedrooms also has bunk beds. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. This condo is pet-friendly, so all family members are welcome. The owners revamped this condo in early 2020, and it is gorgeous with soothing blues and classic yellows. It has the look and feel of a Southern Living showhouse.

Crystal View is a can-not-miss for large family gatherings or any group looking for a space to relax and a view to enjoy

If Crystal View is a well-kept secret, Maravilla is a resort that countless guests return to yearly. With family-friendly grounds and a Destin vacation that won’t break the bank, guests love the convenient location (midway between Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet) with an access point from HWY 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. The owners did a great job of turning this little condo into a cute, comfortable place that begs guests to relax. The kitchen has one of the prettiest granite countertops I have ever seen. Maravilla 1406 has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Maravilla 1406 has a king bed in both the master and first guest bedrooms, bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a new sleeping sofa in the living room.

Maravilla 4207 is Renee’s newest condo. Everything about this place has been renovated and redesigned. It is beautifully updated, from the kitchen cabinets to the bathrooms, appliances, and showers. The pictures speak for themselves. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed The primary bath has a custom walk-in shower. This unit is in building 4 at Maravilla. It is the second unit back from the beach on the 2nd floor, offering a great side view for the price. This one will be booked quickly.

What a view! If you have ever stayed at Maravilla, you know that building 2 directly faces the gulf. Maravilla 2409 is a 2-bedroom 2, 2-bath condo on the top floor with great Gulf views and the front pool. While this condo has not yet been updated like our other front-facing Maravilla condos, it is offered at a lower rate. If you come for the view, you won’t want to miss this. Maravilla 2409 will sleep up to six, and like all our Maravilla beach rentals, it comes with beach service in season and is pet friendly.

2017 Smoke on the Coast BBQ & Fireworks Festival

Date: July 4, 2017

Event Description:

^13th Annual Smoke on the Coast BBQ & Fireworks event on July 3. These charities will be teaming up with various restaurants and BBQ aficionados to fire up their grills, with each team preparing their BBQ-inspired specialty. Then attendees sample mouth-watering BBQ dishes hot off the grills and vote for the coveted People’s Choice title. Celebrity judges will also award Judge’s Pick winners of a blind taste test.
