We loved this condo! It was a great location and the beach was just steps away! We loved the convenience of being on the bottom floor, too. Restaurants were in walking distance. It was nice to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking necessities, and the condo was very spacious overall. We all enjoyed our stay here!!

We absolutely enjoyed Laura's place - our first trip to Miramar Beach - perfectly located steps from the beach. Walton County also has quiet hours - it was so peaceful in the evenings. The condo was decorated really well, tons of room, very high end finishes and amenities. Within 3 miles of all shopping and restaurants-ideal location. The private beach was perfect - grounds were very nice, and pet friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have stayed at a few Beach Retreat Condos before (both upper and lower levels), with ocean facing views. Very family and pet friendly. It's only a 3 min walk across the street from the beach. The pool on the property is great. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend staying at Beach Retreat, especially at the beginning or the very end of the summer season when things are a bit less crowded - (Oct 2024 - VRBO)

Excellent Spring Break Stay 
A group of us booked this condo for Spring Break for April. This was an ideal condo for the adults and teens in the group. The beach was just across the street and the pool was just across the parking lot. No stairs to contend with, just walked out the door and across the street to the beach. We could sit on the patio and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a beautiful back drop of the ocean. There were plenty of beds for everyone though we did bring a small twin inflatable that was used occasionally. The kitchen was large and had all the appliances you could ask for when preparing dinner for a large group. Three bathrooms was VERY helpful with such a large group. The condo was beautifully maintained and nicely decorated. There were several restaurants all within easy walking distance of the condo, our favorite being Kenny D's. Have stayed at Beach Retreat for over 10 years and loved every unit we had on all the upper level floors. Ideal units, plenty of room for 3 adults couples and our small dogs. They loved it as much as we did. Fantastic beach view from every unit ! Pet walk close and convenient, plenty of secure parking. Great pool and adequate grilling area. Beach chair service was a wonderful advantage! Only have stopped staying there because we now need a 4 BR unit due to a growing family with 4 grandbabies! So miss Beach Retreat!!
