Maravilla 2405 is one of Renee’s very first condos in Destin. It has been remodeled often over the past several years and remains a favorite of guests looking for the perfect place to stay for their Destin vacation. This unit is pet friendly for families with dogs and comes with complimentary Beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella in season (Mid March-October). Maravilla is consistently voted one of the top vacation resorts in Destin and with condos like Maravilla 2405, it is easy to see why.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked ‘Top 200 Places to Play in North America,’ by Golf Digest.

Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.
