Maravilla 3204 is located in Building 3, about midway back, 75 yards to the beach. All of our Maravilla condo rentals are dog friendly with certain breed restrictions. Beach service for 2 is included from mid March until Oct 31st each year.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

- Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked ‘Top 200 Places to Play in North America,’ by Golf Digest.
Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Beautiful condo and great location
We have stayed at beach retreat several times but this was the first time in this unit. We loved the ground floor which was perfect for our pup.! Great beach access with beach service. It's walking distance to some great restaurants! The bunks are great for kids! - (Jun 2022 - VRBO)

Love the location.
Love this property. The only issue is that there's a king bed in the very small guest bedroom which makes it extremely difficult to get around in there. There's also a very large tv on the wall next to the bed which makes it impossible to watch, and you have to duck every time you get in and out of the bed to keep from hitting your head. It would probably be best to put a full size bed in that bedroom and just remove the tv. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. - (Jun 2022 - VRBO)
