All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

- Pet-Friendly — Well-groomed, well-trained, non-aggressive pets allowed with prior approval (some breeds restricted)
- Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked ‘Top 200 Places to Play in North America,’ by Golf Digest.
Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

From booking to departure was a seamless process. The Listing was as described. We appreciated being able to bring our little dogs. The location was amazing so close to the beach, Having the beach chairs available to us on the beach was fabulous! Well equipped kitchen and unit. Would stay again! Loved the area and the property. Had one problem with the front door and Renee was easily reachable and the situation was sorted quickly. - (Mar 2023 - VRBO)
