We had a great time at 804. Condo was very spacious and clean. Balcony has great furniture and views. Area was quite even with construction. Only thing that I would consider needing improvement is the master bedroom mattress. We will be back. The umbrella and chair boys are very nice and accommodating. - (Jun 2025 - VRBO)

This place is right across the beach. They have a pool on the beachside which is so convenient when coming back from the beach. Its a private accsess so the beaches werent crowded. The 2 chairs and umbrellas included topped it off!! - (May 2025 - VRBO)

We LOVE it here! We have been coming here for over 15 years and will keep coming back. Condo is great as it is in the middle of the building, very quiet, great view and very clean. The beach is fantastic and we love the pool by the beach as well. Also, we love the fact that you can walk to several places to eat and everything you need is a short drive from groceries, spirits, pharmacy, shopping, great food and atmosphere and entertainment. Beautiful location

The location was beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The property was pretty well maintained. We often stay in houses because we are afraid of the noise in a condo, but the location was pretty quite. Any noise was minimal to none after 10pm. We would not hesitate to return! - (Nov 2022 - VRBO)
