Maravilla 2403 is beautifully updated with all new kitchen and bath updates. Units in Building 2 at Maravilla have unobstructed, Gulf views making this one of the only direct beach view rental options in Destin where you can bring your pet with you. The square footage of Maravilla Building 2 – 2 bedroom 2 bath units is 832 sqft and they each include a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

- Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked ‘Top 200 Places to Play in North America,’ by Golf Digest.
Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

Laura's Miramar Beach Condo was all that it described. Amenities were good to. The pool was heated, hot tub great on a cool night. The barbecues were a bit far away, but all the more reason to take a wall. Nice little gym. The beach is the gem. Highly recommended - (Mar 2024 - airbnb)

We loved the condo, it was very clean, very accommodating and great to be right across from the beach. It is close to everything and we really enjoyed it. We would love to come back again, just have to get home and check calendars so it can be booked. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We had our 2 golden doodles and they loved the area also. Family Vacay
We really enjoyed our stay at Maravilla 2403! The condo was the perfect size for us! Me, my husband, our 1 year old and my mother and father in law all stayed. The view is gorgeous. Best Place In Miramar!
