Seahaven at Emerald Shores

Welcome to Seahaven, a charming coastal cottage nestled in the sought-after Emerald Shores community of Miramar Beach. With its Caribbean-inspired architecture, colorful West Indies charm, and unbeatable location between Scenic Gulf Drive and Highway 98, Seahaven offers the perfect blend of relaxation, convenience, and value for your next beach getaway.

This beautifully maintained single-level home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for families, couples, snowbirds, and beach lovers looking for an easy, carefree vacation experience. With parking for up to 2-3 vehicles ( 2 large or 3 small) , you’ll have plenty of room for everyone to settle in and start making memories.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary Bedroom: King bed
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
• Third Bedroom: Two Twin beds

The open living spaces provide plenty of room to gather after a day at the beach, while the home’s one-level layout makes it especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Your Private Beach Escape

One of Emerald Shores’ most beloved features is its private gated beach access, located just a short 5-minute walk from the home. Guests can also take advantage of the community’s seasonal beach tram service, operating daily from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM from the second Saturday in May through the second Saturday in August.

The private beach access includes:

• Ramped beach access for added convenience
• Beachfront restroom facilities
• Seasonal snack bar serving sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, and beer!  This is a extremly unique amenity and a guest favorite.
• Exclusive access for Emerald Shores guests

A beach access wristband is required for guests ages 12 and older  The house will come with 6 armbands. 

Community Amenities

Emerald Shores offers resort-style amenities that keep guests returning year after year:

• Two community swimming pools
• Seasonally heated North Pool (heated approximately October 31 through Easter)
• Tennis courts
• Basketball area
• Beautifully landscaped streets and tropical surroundings
• Gated beach access with seasonal tram service

Snowbirds Welcome

While Seahaven is generally not pet-friendly, owners may consider well-behaved dogs for winter snowbird stays of two months or longer between November and March. Please inquire before booking.
