It was completed in 2004. The condo is gulf front with a wonderful view of the Destin Gulf of Mexico from the patio. Extended families love the 2 King Size Bedroom Suites including accommodations for 10 plus their small pets (limit of 3 small pets).

Maravilla Resort Community has 2 pools (1 heated during cool weather), a hot tub, tennis courts, an exercise facility and a private beach. It is a favorite complex for Destin Beach visitors. The views of Destin’s emerald waters and white sand beach is spectacular.

Leeward Key: The Leeward Key community features gorgeous gulf views from the living room and the Master Bedroom. This complex features two pools with one built on the sand! to give you a great view of the Beach from the pool. This a fantastic complex for couples and families alike.

Gulfview is a community of small condos perfect for the family wanting a beautiful vacation rental condo on Destin Beach on a budget. There are 2 pools and private access to Destin Beach. Gulfview a nice side View of the gulf and is a economical choice for your family vacation..

Majestic Sun: This community has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, hot tubs, work out facility , tennis courts. The seascape golf course sits directly behind the Majestic Sun property.This complex is also within easy walking distance to several great restaurants

Beach Resort: The Beach Resort community has one of the best pools in Destin! These condos have a larger than average 1 Bedroom with Bunk Room/ 2 Bath floor plan making them the perfect place for a vacation for 2-6 Guest.
