We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was updated and cozy and centrally located to our favorite restaurants and shopping areas. Never heard other dogs barking while in our condo. Thankful to have a place to bring our fur babies. Highly recommend! (VRBO Review)

Property is exactly what they show on pictures. I feel it was better in person. Very Clean, Comfort Beds, Kitchen stocked with everything. The View was so awesome. You can see view from the entire Condo. No issues, it all went as planned with Checking in and Out. Renters will email you back quickly and helpful. I will plan my next trip at the Condo. We stayed 7 nights. You can not get any closer to Ocean or view.

We stayed at this complex this week, with other family staying in other Maravilla condos. We all had an absolute blast and were excited to sign a lease on an apartment. Staying here definitely made us excited and helped us to feel comfortable as we made some big decisions! We are looking forward to possibly doing a "staycation" here or having family stay here when they visit. Awesome VRBO!!

This was a a really nice condo facing the ocean with an amazing ocean view! It had all the amenities you would need for your stay, was in a great central location, and was right across the street from a private beach entrance with beach chair service. Don't hesitate to book this one!

The two bedroom property was clean, well appointed with a great kitchen, washer and dryer, across the street from a great beach, very comfortable and in a great location with very nice balcony views. Would stay there again and again.

My husband and I were looking for a nice place, oceanfront, to have a little post-Christmas get-away and we found just the right fit. Plenty of room, clean and well stocked kitchen with fantastic view from windows and balcony and a great find as they are pet friendly. Great place to take a walk and/or walk on the beach and both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed directly. We look forward to returning!

We loved our stay at 2405 in Maravilla complex. We have stayed in Maravilla several times, but this was the first time that we had a view directly facing the ocean. And it was definitely worth it. We love that there are several restaurants within walking distance, with Kenny D's being our favorite (it's a bit of a hole in the wall, but great food and fun). Everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and woud rent in the future!

Awesome beach/Gulf view! Easy access to the beach. Property Manager was very response in addressing the few issues we had in a timley manner. Maravilla is like a second home to our family.

Could not ask for a better place to stay! Furniture comfortable, clean, everything you need to enjoy the beach. Love that the umbrella and chairs are included and Matt has paddle boards and kayaks to rent at really reasonable rates. We will definitely rebook here! The only down was the cleaning crew was rude in passing and they walked in without knocking at 9am.

The condo was very clean and well decorated. Enjoyed our time there very much. The master bed was very comfortable. The only thing that was less desirable was where you had to take your trash to. It was really far away from most of the condos. Most people would drive their trash to the dumpsters. This is not controlled by the condo owners but is a feature of the condo community itself.

Loved Maravilla! The grounds are well maintained and pet friendly. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our yellow Lab thoroughly enjoyed his space. Other dog Owners were courteous as well. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in unit 2405, booked by condos in destin...and cannot say enough nice things! Everything was as nice as the pics on the website. We had our dog with us and the only negative was the beach is NOT pet friendly...but we knew that. We ALL still had a wonderful vacation!
