Crystal View Condos is a low-density boutique Destin rental building 16 unit complex. All of our rental units feature beautiful larger floorplans perfect for the extended family. each Crystal View unit is 3 bedroom and 3 bath and on average can sleep 10-12 people.
A hidden Destin gem, Crystal View is located between Avalon Beach estates and Pavillion palms next door. The complex is beautiful and features a wide private beach and a private pool for rental guest. You can very easily walk from the beach access at Crystal View to Pompano joes for a bit of lunch or a frozen treat.
Each of our units may be rented pet friendly to approved guest. we allow dog friendly rentals in Destin to small to medium size well behaved dogs with approval.
Each unit is around 2000 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. making these units feel more like a private house rental versus a condo rental. The balconies of each unit wrap around to include the master bedroom and living room. units ending with 01 have western sunset views and direct gulf front from the balcony. Condo units ending with 02 have gulf front and eastern views from the condo. Units ending in 03 and 04 have side views of the gulf and sun rise views from the condo.
Due to the size of the neighborhood, there are only enough parking spaces for each unit to park 2 vehicles. guest may rent additional space down the street at Alvins Island.
We had a wonderful stay at Crystal View #302. The condo is large and beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. The layout is wonderful with the master on one end and the guest rooms on the other. It has all the amenities you could possibly want with walking distance to Pompano Joes and Kenny D’s two of our favorites. We will definitely be returning and staying here again. It is a favorite of all the places we have stayed for sure! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
This is the most absolutely the best condo we have stayed in. We loved the beach access and the condo was marvelous. We had a few issues with items but were able to resolve them easily. Thanks to the courteous staff. We had four teens with us and it was a perfect setting.
We absolutely loved The Ladybird and fell in love with the area!! The condo had everything we needed! It was recently update and very spacious! The views of the beach and water from the balcony were the best! Having private beach access was great and it is a 30 second walk to get there! We are coming back next year for sure!
Perfect stay! When the weather doesn’t cooperate for a family reunion and all 6 adults and a two-year-old have a wonderful time, you know the accommodations are exceptional. Spacious, impeccably clean, luxurious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and an exquisite 180-degree view of the gulf’s most beautiful beach from a wraparound balcony.
Everything is fine, except…. No water pressure. Showers and sinks drizzle. You stay cold in showers due to insufficient water flow. Talked to multiple unit guests – all said the same thing – something changed in 2025. Either HOA or city reduced water flow. It’s awful!
Just got home from another great fall break at Crystal View. We have been staying here as a family of 8 since 2021. Unit 202 is our favorite. It’s always clean and well maintained, plenty of room for everyone and our pup. Renee and her staff go above and beyond.
First time stay at Crystal View 401, awesome large corner wrap balcony with beautiful views sunrise and sunset! 3 bedrooms 3 baths! Very comfortable! Will return⚓️🏖️
Our family agrees that this condo is our favorite out of all the rentals we have enjoyed in Miramar Beach over the last 17 years! Beautifully decorated, upscale comfortable furniture and well provisioned! Lovely deck with high end, patio furniture to accommodate an entire family while enjoying the ocean view!!!
We had the best time ever from check in to check out! Our furbabies loved Crystal View as much as we did! We had a great view from our porch. Beds slept great! Highly recommend
Absolutely wonderful view and stay! Perfect beach location and the pool is nicely situated for those windy days. Pets allowed made our 2 week stay wonderful. Coffee time takes 2-3 hours with this view and walking paths are great. Close to everything for all ages. Highly recommend this home! Our mini doodle loved her walks every day and the sun & Palm trees!
