All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other peak times of the year.

A note about supplies:
Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

The Beach Retreat is situated within a pet-friendly community along Scenic Gulf Drive, perfect for family vacations and quiet getaways. Beach Retreat is convenient to some of the most popular restaurants in Destin such as The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe’s, shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons Shopping Center, charter-boat fishing from Destin Harbor, walking and biking trails and numerous Destin golf courses. Resort guests enjoy the comforts of home boasting fully stocked units including a washer and dryer, with the added perks of a private beach and a beautiful, large, seasonally heated pool with attached jacuzzi.
Beach Retreat vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Maravilla (to the East) and Beach Resort / Leeward Key (to the West), making it centrally located in Miramar Beach.

We have stayed at this condo 2 times now and it is awesome. Great views of the beach, great beach service with chairs and umbrella. Easy to check in and out. Great location.

Condo was clean and nicely appointed. Art work was cool and artist pleasantly surprised us. Decor brave (white slip covers) yet clean. Can’t beat the view!

The condo was nicely located and close to everything. The bike path was great to take long walks which is located right in front of the condo complex. The views were to die for. It was really nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by while listening to the ocean. And the sunsets were gorgeous.

This condo is beautiful and the location is prefect. You are only steps away from the beach or you can enjoy the ocean views right from your deck. All of the amenities are upscale and top quality. The best part was being able to bring my little dog with me. She had an absolutely fantastic time.

Loved our view of the beach!!! We spent many early mornings & late afternoons on the balcony. It's a very comfortable condo--everything you need for a week at the beach!!!

My family had a wonderful time. The view of the beach is unobstructed, and perfect. Pool was warm for the kids, hot tub was nice for the adults. Overall great place to stay for the money.

Loved it! We all, including dogs, had a fantastic time. Condo was great, view amazing. Only suggestion is to do some maintenance like cabinets and painting. But neither took away from overall stay 🙂

Unit #307 was ready when we arrived and perfectly clean. Unit #307 appears to have been recently refreshed. Paint and furnishings were like new. Nice furniture and linens and the condo was perfectly decorated. My wife even loved how it was decorated and she is hard to please. The unit is quite comfortable, has a great view from the balcony and we had a very nice week.
The Beach Retreat property is well maintained and very clean. Much better than some of the other near by properties we've visited over the years. My only property concern was the keypad for vehicle entry into the parking lot is located on the passenger side. One after noon it was raining cats and dogs, I was by myself, and... I think you get the picture.
Now to the negatives.
Wireless hookup instructions were just wrong. Look on the wireless router for the name and password, but I would recommend fixing the directions too. Simple fix.
Big problem was this in no way should be considered a 2 bedroom. This is a one-bedroom unit with a carve-out for 2 bunk beds. We had a friend that was supposed to stop by for a couple of nights since we had a spare bedroom. The Master overlooks the rear parking lot, not the ocean. Not what we expected. The unit only had one closet too, a small one in the master bedroom. Adequate for 1 week, but not 2.
This did not ruin our week. We needed the time away and enjoyed our stay.
