A note about supplies:
Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beachchairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Beach Retreat is convenient to some of the mostpopular restaurants in Destin such as The Crab Trap and PompanoJoe’s, shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons Shopping Center, charter-boat fishing from Destin Harbor, walking and biking trails and numerous Destin golf courses. Resort guests enjoy the comforts of home boasting fully stocked units including a washer and dryer, with the added perks of a private beach and a beautiful, large, seasonally heated pool with attached jacuzzi.
Beach Retreat vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Maravilla (to the East) and Beach Resort / Leeward Key (to the West), making it centrally located in Miramar Beach.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and extremely spacious. We appreciated being in the end unit and the extra long balcony. The property is dog friendly and kept up nicely, and with the double gates, very secure. This is our 15th stay at Miramar Beach and this was probably one of my favorite condos! The location and the view are perfect and the owners and managers are easy to communicate with and helpful. We have rented from this group before and trust me, You will not be disappointed with any of their properties.

This was our third stay at Beach Retreat. Overall, the building is pretty quiet and not crowded like the larger buildings. Quick walk to the beach or pool. The unit is spacious and slept our family of 6 very comfortably. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. My only complaint (and it's a minor one) is the living area only has a tiny sofa and 2 chairs so anytime we all wanted to sit around and watch TV a couple of us had to sit on the floor-I totally get there isn't much space for more furniture but it seems weird that a condo that sleeps 10 can only seat half of that in the living area.

Beach Retreat 311 was the perfect location for our stay. It was centrally located to all the things, activities, shopping, and even walking distance to several restaurants. It was nice to have beach setups so we could just walk down and enjoy the gorgeous water and sugar sands. The unit was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and more, and so spacious. We loved the views and sitting on the patio. The kids favorite was the large pool. Perfect water temp and plenty of room to swim or throw a ball. To end each night we were able to play games for some friendly competition. There was a nice variety of board and card games provided in this unit. We can’t wait to come back! (VRBO Review)

Wonderful stay, perfect location to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and short drive to other stores and restaurants. Whole process of check in and check out was super easy! Hoping to book again for next summer! Highly recommend (VRBO Review)

We booked last minute and loved it. View is really nice, beach was beautiful, kitchen was stocked and the beds were nice so we slept really well. We will be back. Thanks for letting us bring our pup.

We stay at Beach Retreat all the time and I love it, this floor plan is my hand down favorite. The large balcony, 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms and this one is a tiny bit different. the hallway bunk beds have been built in to a cubby style closet which was nice when the little ones needed to go to bed but the adults were still hanging out. Pool at beach retreat is perfect , beach is perfect, trip all around perfect.
