What a lovely Condo! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! The beach was incredible and the chair service is something I may never be able to go without! Everyone was super friendly and our stay was so relaxing! Loved that stores and dining were so close and there was always something to do. Very kid and pet friendly. I was a bit concerned because sometimes pet friendly are old and not clean...that was not the case at all! In fact I think my little dog met more friends than I did! I also visited the Destin dog park and it was nice, lots of room for the dog to run and play with others. Overall, 5 + stars. I would stay here again. The ease of check in, the location, the cleanliness, and the people.... I would highly recommend this condo.

Loved this condo. Right across from the beach and near the beach side restaurants we love. Extremely clean with a nice balcony view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe this summer.

We had a great stay during our Christmas break! Very clean condo, well stocked and check-in was super easy! Love the peaceful decor and enjoyed the big screen TV! Beach is a short easy walk and great shopping near by! Loved the relaxing views and quiet evenings! Thank you guys for a great stay!

Overall this was one of the best properties i have ever stayed at! Everything was spotless when we got there, furniture was beautiful, and kitchen had everything you could think of! It was very pet friendly making it a lot easier for our dogs to adjust to a new location. Owners were amazing at communicating with us and made sure we were enjoying our experience. A VERY clean condo with MANY amenities! The kitchen was very well stocked with various cooking utensils and gadgets. They thought of just about everything! Great location. A very short walk to beach and pools. The beach chairs and umbrella set up that comes with the condo rental worked out so well! Note: the chairs are not available in the evening. This did not impact us, but maybe worth noting if you plan to go in the evening. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was very quiet. Our family that stayed in bedroom closer to the entry door, where the main walkway is, said they heard sounds at times, but still slept well. There were 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-8). We would definitely recommend this condo. If we were to rent this unit again we would probably bring a collapsible step stool for kids, because these sinks in the bathrooms are kind of high and also maybe a collapsible drying rack for all the swimsuits (there are lots of hangers though so that worked well too). Helpful tip: the condo has a few big carts that really help with loading and unloading your car. If you can find one of those it's worth it! They are usually by the elevators.

We loved our unit. It was perfect! (except for the washing machine). The unit had everything we needed to have a great final week after staying at other VRBO residences for the last 6 weeks. The apartment was exquisite, the decorations, the cleanliness, it was equipped with everything you could imagine and need. We were gladly surprised that the rental includes 2 Beach Umbrellas and 4 beach chairs in the beach by stating your apartment number to the attendant, we had taken our beach chairs with us, but it was not needed. The location can't be beat, a short stroll to the beach, no need to drive and park. Close to groceries stores and restaurants in less than 5 minute drive. The views from the balcony where superb, the Ocean and breeze were our afternoon go to place. If your plan is to have a relaxed beach vacation, this is the place to stay...

Check in was so easy. The condo was very clean, stocked well & suited all our needs which included 4 adults & 2 children. The grandkids loved the bunk room. Our family experienced one of the best vacations in 20 years! This vacation home had everything and more than what we look for in a place to stay. The rate matched our desire for a comfortable and convenient stay. The booking and communication was easy as well. We could not have booked a better week to vacation here in Destin. The weather was absolutely beautiful. It was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas waiting for us at the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach but we also enjoyed the pool. The comfort of the condo made us feel right at home. The location of our unit 1202 was convenient to the parking lot, pool and beach and to shopping/eating out. We would definitely recommend Maravilla 1202 to family and friends. We hope to come back next year.

Great location and very comfortable for all ages. Condo was well equipped and did not need to bring anything but your beach supplies.Impressed with how pet friendly and clean the complex is. Very well maintained. The pools are wonderful. Very easy walk to the beach and the added amenity of having beach chairs ready and waiting for you was the best. On the 1st day I tipped them for week, so they had my preference ready to go for me each morning. I want to say a big thank you to the owners for making this family trip so easy and delightful. Best accommodations for our family so far! Spacious bedrooms and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture and bedding. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This property had a nice view of the beach considering its location. The unit was tastefully decorated and clean, the tile floors were a big plus. This unit had everything we needed for our stay and ample space to stretch out and enjoy our vacation. We will do this again.

First, I loved the ease of getting into the condo. I didn't have to stop anywhere and check in, get keys, etc. We drove straight to the condo and put a code in and we were in. Love that!
The condo was very nicely stocked with all of the essentials we needed.
The view was from the side of the condo which is shown in pictures on the site. Even though it wasn't a front view, it was still a great view.
I couldn't get the ice maker to work... could have been operator error...
There are 2 pools. One in the front of the condo and one in the back next to the tennis courts. Very nice, lots of chairs. The back pool is less crowded... they do have a basketball goal located close to tennis courts. Shuffleboard is also available.
This condo is pet friendly and had a nice pet walking area. Just please pick up your dogs waste... bags were provided on-site. Nice touch!
There is no lock on the beach access gate. I was a little worried about that since the public beach area is in close proximity. No worries there though. The beach attendants were very attentive to who entered. 2 chairs come with this condo which was a bonus. When you arrive on the first day, check in with the attendants at the beach, pick out your chairs, and ask them to reserve them for you the whole week. Unfortunately, the front row of chairs are reserved for condo owners so we took a back row. Not a big deal though. Still had a nice view.
The location of the condo is nice. Close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants.
Overall, I give this place 5 stars. I would stay here again. The ease of check in, the location, the cleanliness, and the price made our week very nice. I would highly recommend this condo.

Thank You,for all you did for us this week. We have had a wonderful time, the condo was perfect...the weather could have been a little nicer, but that is beyond anyones control.

They condo was excellent and exceeded my personal expectations. It was great. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and we have started talking about our next trip there. I will definitely keep you guys in mind when booking our next trip. If you could let the owners know they did a fantastic job on the remodeling of the condo. Just seeing the pictures from what it did look like to what it looks like now.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maravilla! It is beautifully decorated and has all the possible necessities you could want! Check in was effortless. We would definitely stay here again! The beach was a 1/4 block away, literally across the street. My son loved access to the pool as he preferred swimming there rather than the ocean! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony with such a magnificent view of the ocean. The beach in front of the condo was breathtaking...We visited some friends that stayed closer in Destin and the sand was rocky, sharp and rough. Our Beach was perfect! Thank you for an amazing vacation!
