Beautiful beaches, pet friendly resort with good food within walking distance! What’s not to love? The property was cute with a comfy bed in the primary. Kitchen was well equipped. Housekeeping essentials were provided. One downside for “vintage” guests was bathroom updates: no grab bars in the tub, no no slip resistant surface or tub mat. Commodes were the shorter varieties, more suited to younger knees than mine. Thanks for a great Panhandle month. (VRBO Review)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely stay in this unit again. The location was decent, the balcony was large and had a nice view and the place was beautifully decorated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the headboard of the bed in the main bedroom was extremely dusty and messed with my sinuses the first night because I had to cleaned it myself. Otherwise, we had to complaints.

The condo was perfect!! Very clean and had everything we needed. We did alot of cooking because eating out was a nightmare. Loved that we could bring our dog. The complex was very safe and in a great location. Walking across to the beach was so easy!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating most of our meals. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo and property! The condo is as described and comfortable beds!! The check in/out process was easy. We will be back!!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Check in experience was seamless and very simple. Clean and well maintained. Many extra touches that were helpful, including hand soap and disinfectant, both must-haves with COVID. The only somewhat negative that I have is that it could use more dishes (I believe it had service for 6 or 8) but overall a great experience.

Condo was nice and the location very convenient to beach, shopping and great restaurants. The small view of the water was nice bonus. The best part was not having to worry about our dogs as this was an extremely pet friendly condo. The unit’s kitchen was nicely updated but would like to see the bathrooms updated as well. Overall a good stay.

As Michigan snowbirds.. We flew down to Maravilla 3204. Spent three months December 1, 2018 - February 28, 2019. This condo was clean and comfortable, the pictures on the website match what you get. Condo had everything that a couple and their dog needed. The owners are there the BEST to do business with. Our dog enjoy the new friends that he met and misses them now that we left. The clubhouse pool was heated and we spent almost everyday there. We could walk to many seaside restaurants for dinner with the fellow Maravilla snowbird neighbors.

We had an amazing stay, the property is well maintained, the pools and spa area are clean warm and family friendly, the amenities such as the gym grilling areas and tennis courts are great. The condo is up to date has everything you could need for your stay. It is well maintained and very clean. The location is perfect you are a couple of miles from all of the main shopping areas in both directions, and a short drive to harbor walk, the beach is literally steps away.
