We loved our stay!! The cottage was beautifully decorated, well stocked with necessities and just a short walk to the beach.
The check in and out process went smoothly and we look forward to staying here again the future!

Renee and Laura of Beach Condos in Destin do a great job of marketing and managing our rentals for our property. They are very responsive to our needs and calls. They have their own maintenance department and contractors they can rely on to help out with any issues promptly. Through a combination of their efforts and our efforts we were able to do a major renovation in two weeks which is unheard of. We are very pleased!

It met all our expectations! The only thing we had a snake that lived up and under the font door between the step and siding! That made us so uncomfortable. We were afraid it would come into the house! I accidentally left my HDMI cord. We left your place as we found it! We cleaned before your housekeepers came. (VRBO Review)

Beautiful beach cottage in the perfect location! We enjoyed our spring break stay in this beautifully furnished cottage. It had everything we needed and more! It was very clean and every detail was well thought out! It comfortably fit six people with more room available if needed. We loved the large porches and how quiet it was. The location was perfect… quick walk to the beach, Pompano Joes and coffee! The pool was beautiful, clean and our kids enjoyed swimming in the warm water. We will definitely be back to stay at Beach Cottage 166!

We had a wonderful experience staying at the beach cottage. The house was very clean and felt very comfortable. Location was perfect. Quiet area despite Destin having so many spring breakers. We walked our 2 dogs daily as the path along the beach is just outside of the complex. It was very nice to have the option of both the pool and the beach since we did have some cooler/windy days. Can’t wait to return again in the future.

We had an amazing vacation in Destin while staying at this cottage! It is beautifully furnished, very clean, and very spacious for our family. Everything was exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations! We loved that we could sit outside on the balcony, walk to the beautiful pool, walk to the beach, and also so close to our favorite restaurant, pompano Jo’s! We definitely will be back and definitely will stay at this beach retreat cottage when we return :) thank you again for an amazing place to stay on our vacation!

This is a great location with a semi private beach resort feel. The cottage includes two beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was also nice and had shaded areas. The house was terrific and the bedrooms generously sized. Seeing nearby communities, this was definitely the best one!

Our trip was a little last minute and having trouble finding a pet-friendly condo that we liked. This property worked out extremely well. It is a very short walk to the beach (nice that the beach gate entrance is directly across the street). The price was reasonable compared to others. Renee and Laura were extremely communicative and helpful.

My husband and our two kids and two of their friends walked in this cottage for the first time and were pleasantly surprised! It was every bit as nice and roomy as the pictures showed. It was perfect and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It was very clean, very close to the beach and a great little gated community! No complaints!

The house is well appointed and just a very short walk to the beach. We arrived with Tropical Storm Alfredo and spent several days being lazy and playing games in the house. The kitchen is well stocked so we cooked and just enjoyed family time. When the weather cleared we were a short walk to the beach and the awaiting umbrella and chairs. I enjoyed an afternoon by the large pool. It was large enough and comfortable enough for 5 adults and a large happy dog! Thank you.

Wonderful vacation in Destin! Cottage is beautifully decorated, roomy and had everything we needed plus more. It was so nice to have a huge porch and play area for our children so they could get outside. We loved being able to walk right in the house and not have to fight an elevator every time we wanted to go somewhere. Short walk to the beach- not an issue even with our toddlers. I will definitely come back here again.

My family stayed in 166 for our Christmas vacation. The accommodations were wonderful!
We love to cook for the family and found everything we needed plus more to prepare for our meals.
Loved the fact that every bedroom had such a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom. Nicely furnished, roomy and very clean.
We had small children with us and loved the fact that they could play outside and not worry about traffic. Short walk to beach - no problem.
Location was exactly what we were looking for- near restaurants and activities but quiet and relaxing!
I have already booked for two weeks this summer.

Beach Retreat is a well maintained facility with a short walk to the beach. The cottage was nicely furnished, but is showing some wear and tear. 3 separate baths was a nice feature for our group. We did find the kitchen to be lacking in essential cooking tools and utensils (only 3 teaspoons). Lots of closet space and rooms had comfortable beds. One AC unit made it a challenge to cool upstairs without freezing the downstairs in the July heat, probably ok the rest of the year. Be sure to get down to the beach early to reserve your chairs to get some facing the water, crowded during the peak summer. Would recommend this property, but owner needs to make some fixes

Great house in a great location.

We had a great time during our week stay at Beach Cottage 166 - this clean, comfortable home is in a great location. We felt very at home, we'll definitely go back and visit again.
