A Thoughtful Refresh at Maravilla 1207
Not every remodel needs to be a full gut job to make a big impact. Maravilla 1207 is a great example of how a thoughtful refresh and cohesive design flow can completely change the feel of a space.
For this project, we intentionally worked with several existing design elements that were still in great shape, including the flooring, sofa, coffee tables, and guest bedroom furniture. Instead of replacing everything, the goal was to bring harmony to the space—updating around those pieces so the condo felt intentional, polished, and inviting.
The difference is striking. By focusing on color balance, texture, and continuity from room to room, the condo now feels brighter, more current, and far more cohesive overall.
As always, this was a true team effort. Renee curated and created the artwork throughout the condo, adding personality and warmth, while Rodrigo handled the handyman work, including building custom bunks in the third bedroom—a functional upgrade that adds both charm and versatility for guests.
Maravilla 1207 proves that smart design choices and a clear vision can breathe new life into a space, even without a major renovation. Sometimes, it’s not about doing more—it’s about doing it right.
