One of our favorite parts of working with owners is building long-term relationships—and Sunshine Daydream is a perfect example of that. While we originally helped create the first design for this condo, we absolutely love when owners recognize the value of taking a great property to the next level with thoughtful updates.

This remodel wasn’t about starting from scratch. Instead, it focused on refining the space—enhancing what already worked while bringing in fresh energy, updated finishes, and a more cohesive overall feel. And the results speak for themselves. The owners even gave us a head start by naming the unit Sunshine Daydream, which became the inspiration for our art and décor game plan. That name guided the color palette, textures, and visual flow throughout the condo, helping us create a space that feels bright, uplifting, and effortlessly coastal.

Now, you can genuinely feel the sunshine pouring in. The updates give this already huge guest favorite a breath of fresh air, elevating the experience while keeping everything guests love firmly intact.
