We’re excited to share the incredible transformation of Maravilla 4106! This cozy beach condo underwent a complete remodel in late 2023, and the results are nothing short of spectacular. From refreshed design elements to modern finishes, we’ve enhanced every detail to create a space that’s as relaxing and inviting as the stunning Destin beach it overlooks.

While it was missing a touch of Beach Condos in Destin, we knew we could create a space that truly reflected the beauty of the beach outside your window. In the after photos, you’ll see how we’ve brightened up the room with a new layout, comfortable seating, and coastal-inspired decor. It’s now the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun!

The Kitchen: A Fresh, Functional Space

Next up, we’ve revamped the kitchen with new countertops, appliances, and a sleek, modern design. The previous kitchen was functional but lacked the style we wanted to match the condo’s updated look. The after photos will show off a stunning new kitchen that’s both practical and beautiful, making it easy for you to prepare meals or enjoy a quick snack before heading out for your beach adventures.

The Bedrooms: Comfortable and Inviting Retreats

The bedrooms were given a fresh new look, with a focus on creating spaces that are both comfortable and restful. We upgraded the bedding, added new furniture, and introduced calming colors that perfectly complement the beachy vibe. Whether you’re winding down for the night or enjoying a morning cup of coffee on the balcony, the newly remodeled bedrooms offer a relaxing oasis for your stay.

The Bathrooms: A Spa-Like Experience

Last but certainly not least, the bathrooms have been completely revamped to provide a spa-like experience.
