This condo is beautiful and directly on the beach; while it is not pet-friendly, it is a showstopper at a great price. This unit will have a Beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella.

Leeward Key 605:  The owners did a beautiful job fixing this condo for us to manage.  While it does not have beach service this year, it will have it next year, and beach service can be purchased in advance for a discount.

Leeward Key 603: This one was a fun project, much like unit 1005 we did a major overall this April on this unit.  We will now have Leeward Key 603, 604, 605, and 601 for families who want to stay together on the same floor.
