Louisiana Laginappe: I think everyone know how much I love the Winter special at Laginappe , Two can dine with a bottle of wine for $59. This is just such a terrific deal. But no matter the time of year, the atmosphere is lovely, the wait not terrible and the foot delicious. This place is located on holiday isle in the sandpiper cove neighborhood.
