Perfect location, clean inside and outside, friendly front desk service! Great communication, kind locals, I could go on. We love this place and can’t wait to come back. The beach view is so beautiful, and the two pools are cherry on top. If I could purchase one of these condos I would.

Great location and very clean, beautiful unit. The condo appeared like new construction after a recent renovation and was well equipped for our stay. The balcony provides a gulf view and the complex is dog friendly. There is convenient access to two pools, the beach and a small fitness center. We’ve spent winters on the Emerald Coast for fifteen years and this has been our best rental experience. The hosts communicate well and respond quickly to questions. Great place to stay!

Maravilla Unit 1406 is beautiful. It is fully updated and very well kept. I spent 3 1/2 months here this winter and look forward to returning. Beach Condos in Destin is easy to work with and very attentive to details. If I needed anything, they remedied the issue very quickly. I highly recommend both the business and the unit.

What a beautiful place to stay! Great location in the center of so much to do. Kenny D’s next door always provides plenty of entertainment, coffee shops, and eateries. Get your morning exercise in with a brisk walk on the wonderful side walks provided. Stroll across the street to the beach for a beautiful sunrise or to the pool for a refreshing dip. Any issues we had with our unit were immediately addressed. It’s our favorite place to stay in the area! We’ll be back!!

This condo is amazing! My family met in the last week of December 2025 and the condo had just been renovated. It is beautifully decorated and so welcoming and relaxing. The owner spared no expense creating such a peaceful retreat. Hosting multiple families here was effortless – plenty of room, plenty of seating and zero crowding. We absolutely loved the coffee/wet bar. Great location, less than a 100 ft walk to the private beach access and pool. Within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again! We can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!

Stayed in unit 401 & it was such a beautiful condo! Everything looked newly updated with large bedrooms, great amenities (gym & two pools – one overlooks the beach), and was perfect for our large family vacation! It’s also walking distance from the beach and has a walking/bike trail right out front that leads to coffee shops & restaurants! Couldn’t have picked a better condo & location. Highly recommend unit 401!

We stayed at Maravilla for a week in October, and I can’t give it enough stars! From the kind people who assisted me with booking and questions via phone, to the simplicity of checking in and out with easy to follow directions, to the pristine condo that was abundantly supplied with all we would need for the week, to the beach chairs and umbrella use all week (and incredible staff that took care of us), to the pet friendly neighborhood and all of the friendly people, it was a dream vacation for us! We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend this unit/neighborhood to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful week, Maravilla and Miramar Beach! We will miss you!

Leeward Key 502 was outstanding! The gorgeous 5th floor views from living room and master bed are breathtaking. Furnishings are as shown in pictures and all tasteful and very comfortable . Mattresses were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for staying in for meals to enjoy the views from the condo. Beach service at beach a definite plus! And beachside pool was an added bonus to watch sunsets ! Parking easy and plentiful. The staff at Beach Condos in Destin were great to work with ! No complaints at all on Leeward Key 502.

First time staying here. We are frequent Miramar Beacher’s. Beach access/service was great. Nice having pool near beach and another at condos. Staff kept outside clean , elevators clean, etc. No issues with the place, will probably become our “go to”.

Our first of many returns to Leeward Key at Mirimar Beach, FL. We booked 804 (Wild Blue Yonder) for our most recent visit to the Destin area and could not be more pleased! The amenities were perfect ranging from 1 complimentary set of beach chairs w/ umbrella, pool entry and a private beach access platform. While we did not take advantage of the gas grills, several patrons made good use of them. Vast amount of parking was available and the use of two elevators to the higher floors made it simple enough. The room was spacious with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, comfortable beds with a balcony view of the gulf. Anthony managed the chairs/umbrellas on the beach and did a phenomenal job, while Laura was exemplary in assisting us during our stay! Our only regret was not finding this spot earlier in our visits to Destin. Booked a rental car so access to a plentiful amount of shops, grocery stores and restaurants was a breeze. Already looking at booking Leeward Key again for next year’s trip to Destin!

We were able to enjoy our time at this condo. The condo itself was beautiful and had the amenities we needed to be comfortable. The short walk to the beach was the biggest perk. We appreciated the wristbands to enter and leave the beach and pool areas, it was convenient. We were a little disappointed with the sofa bed. It had crumbs on it and the mattress was stained. The sofa itself and the swivel chairs were also decently stained. Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely book again.

This is the third year we have stayed at Leeward Key Unit 502. It is beautiful, spotless, offers a gorgeous view of the beach, and is quiet. Every year when we walk inside, the condo smells so clean and fresh and looks pristine. We love both pools for our kids and the location of the condo is perfect. I wish I could give 10 stars for this beautiful condo!

We have stayed in 1203 at Leeward Key twice now. It is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. The hosts are always so accommodating and helpful. The location is great too. You can walk to many restaurants such as Captain Dave’s and Kenny D’s and the food is always so good.

We had the most amazing stay at this Destin condo! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home.

The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable too.

Communication with the hosts was easy and seamless. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back again—this place is a gem in Destin!

Leeward Key Condos is a great place to stay! The unit was very clean, and the entire process—from booking to check-in—was super easy and all done online. It made everything smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay near the beach!

Arrived to a black tub with hair in it. Was able to clean it, but gross. Was a little lost with the parking passes, and asked for clarification. I was met with a snarky response along with a “this was sent with your check in information” It actually WASN’T. They must have realized it because she then sent a text with the info about 5 minutes later. Aside from that, the location was perfect, the view was incredible and I would recommend this condo if you can deal with those minor inconveniences. They probably need a new living room couch as this one sagged really bad in the middle.

This is the third or fourth time we’ve stayed at Maravilla. This time we were in 4207. We love the location so near the beach and all our favorite restaurants. The furnishings are lovely and the condo is clean. We brought shuffleboard equipment and played every evening. We walked a couple of times from their beach to Pompano Joes for lunch. Complimentary beach setups were extra nice to have. We’ll be back with our dog in the future! We love it here.

We have visited Miramar Beach almost yearly since 1993 and enjoy the location of Leeward Key. The views and are outstanding and Devin with RealJoy- the rental management company- was quick to respond with great sincerity to a concern we had during the 4 weeks we stayed in Unit 806, with the views being compromised due to maintenance painting of the balcony.
I would recommend that bathroom rugs and living room furniture be updated due to normal vacation usage by renters.

We loved our winter stay at Leeward Key, Unit 1002 for 7 days in February 2025. Arriving from Ohio, the units decor and artworks finnished in colors of ocean seagreen/blue, lifted our winter weary spirits from the moment we entered.
The kitchen and baths were high end luxury, the household assessories were thoughtfully provided and complete, and the coastal furnishings exquisite.
During our stay, the sunrise/sunset views from the balcony were magnificent. During the day sunshine warmed into the 70s, and we were able to lounge comfortably at their private poolside right on the beach. Definitely, will plan our next winter escape here!

Leeward Key 1002 Coconut Corner is without a doubt our new vacation spot! The condo is absolutely stunning and the view is unbeatable! It is very obvious that no expense was spared during the renovation! We have stayed in several condos in Miramar Beach and Destin over the years, and this is by far the nicest we have stayed in. We loved the fact that there are 2 pools, one beachfront, as well as the proximity to the popular restaurants! I could not have been more in love with this condo! I highly recommend Coconut Corner, you will not be disappointed!

Loved location. Loved our condo 904 has view and free beach service. I rated service a 3 star due to not sure “service” referring to. This condo needs new rugs as very worn and tripping hazards. Very low toilets. Shower floor needs a good bleaching. All else happy 😊 Also no handicap ramp to get to beach incase you need. I will definitely look at booking Leeward Key again.
