First off. We highly recommend this unit. Over the last 15 years or so, my wife and our two best friends have been to Miramar 6 or so times. We all decided that this trip was one of our most enjoyable. The usual reasons like the scenery, palm trees, beach, weather, restaurants, etc.. But the biggest factor was where we stayed, Beach Retreat 411 Pelican’s Roost. The things we liked in no particular order: The outside property itself was clean and well maintained. Private gates in and out with easy to use codes and touch buttons, Elevator was so convenient to our unit. Pet friendly so our 4 legged son had a good trip too. We had a tough time keeping him off the living rooms comfortable couch and chairs.lol Outside dog area even had pet waste disposal bags and trash can. Our unit felt very welcoming. The decor and amenities were spot on. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths worked perfect for us. Plush beds and bedding were definitely a wow factor. The beach service provided was nice and convenient. Plenty of comfortable seating on the outside patio. It made our morning coffee ritual relaxing. Fantastic large pool area with bathrooms and a hot tube area attached to the edge of the pool. One of the cleanest pools I have ever seen. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return sooner than later. God bless.

We just stayed in Beach Retreat cottage unit 166 last week and it could not have been a better experience! It was a beautiful place, very up-kept, and very clean. We traveled with our two children and my parents and we had a ton of space for all of us. The location was also perfect. Such a nice quick walk to the beach, pompano Joes for happy hour/dinner, coffee in the morning, etc. We also loved the pool. Such a family friendly atmosphere! Could not recommend this place more to anyone looking for a place to stay. We will be back next year!!! Thank you!

We stayed at the Beach Retreat Condo 406!
It was absolutely beautiful!
I told everyone not to touch anything, so we could just enjoy how gorgeous it was, lol.
The master bath was large, great for two people…
The beds were comfy.
Let’s talk about the view, wowzers!
This was our very first time to stay with this property and I can tell you we will be booking again ❤️
One more thing, the property is Pet Friendly, which was a major plus for our family .
Wonderful vacation property!

Absolutely love staying here! This was our 5th trip for Christmas. Perfect view of the beach across the street and great location near everything. We’ve stayed in several units but our favorite is 101 on the ground floor. It’s a huge space with three bedrooms and a bunk bed. They allow dogs so my Mom can bring her little dog. It’s clean, well decorated, always have enough of everything and the view is fantastic! This year my husband caught a massive redfish (43″) right out front off the beach! We’ll be back again!

All Tide Up, Unit 104: great condo! Very nicely decorated and clean; good location and easy access to the beach; nicely stocked kitchen and very comfortable furniture; pool area is large and big enough to accommodate everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at Beach Retreat in Miramar Beach, Room 411. Lucy our dog loved the balcony! Beautiful view of the ocean, clean condo and property, beds very comfortable easy access to gate and room! Renee accommodated us at this condo since ours was under construction! She was easy to get a hold of and helped us right away! We are going back in March! Everything was close to the condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat 306 for many reasons. The 2 king bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms provided plenty of space for our son and daughter in law to join us for part of the trip. We didn’t need the bunk room, but it would be great for grandkids one day! The décor was neutral and calming, perfect for a beach vacation.
We chose this particular unit because it was dog friendly and the large balcony with plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a high top table for lunch with an amazing view.

Beach Retreat 306 is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in over the last 30 years. The kitchen was well stocked with a good supply of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheets and cooking utensils. The living room had ample seating that was comfortable and stylish. The large flat smart TV was nice to have for watching the first Georgia game of the season! The dining table was big enough to play board games and for a seafood feast from Blalock’s Seafood Market.

The beds were comfortable and the linens were great quality. It was nice to have plenty of towels for a week stay, without having to wash. On that note, it was great to have a full size washer and dryer for running a quick load of swim suits and shorts after a day of fun in the sun. The included beach set up with 2 chairs and umbrella were a fabulous addition and set this property apart. The pool was a nice change of pace from the ocean and we appreciated that even on a holiday weekend the atmosphere was calm and family friendly. Having a private beach entrance was also really nice.

The management was very responsive, pleasant and easy to work with. We had a few very minor issues and they were taken care of quickly and with a great attitude. We would gladly work with them again, and hope to return to Beach Retreat in the future.

Grateful for the opportunity to stay at Beach Retreat 309. My family of 5 had an exceptional time during our visit and enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was beautiful, clean, accommodating, and comfortable! The kitchen was very well equipped, and we cooked several meals during our stay. We even had groceries and a beach wagon delivered upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels to meet our needs. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful beach views. The beach is just a short and easy walk across Scenic Gulf Drive. The pool was fun and relaxing, and never overly crowded. We enjoyed the condo and our stay in Miramar Beach and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
